Sandra is a trained economist with over 10 years work experience, predominantly in supporting the design and implementation of Impact Evaluations, Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) and other surveys/assessments within the Sub-Saharan Africa region. She provides project coordination and management services to the programmes department of the firm, and currently holds the position of Senior Programme Manager.

Sandra has served as field coordinator for several impact evaluation projects for the World Bank and Women for Women International including the World Bank Impact Evaluation of the Nigeria National Social Safety Nets Survey. In the recent past, she coordinated the Assessment of the sustainability of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services in rural Nigeria, under the World Bank. Previously, she served as State Team Lead on the Service Delivery Indicator (SDI) Project as well as the Public Expenditure Tracking Study (PETS); both World-Bank supported projects. She has also rendered Monitoring support to the WHO/GAIN supported MNP distribution and the WHO ZIFAS/IFAS projects. Her past work experience also includes years in the banking sector and a brief stint in Ghana.

Sandra is passionate about development, poverty reduction, gender, social development and health. Her core skills and expertise include coordinating quantitative and qualitative data collection processes involving client and stakeholder engagement; building, managing and supervising consultants and field teams; budgeting; facilitation of training and capacity building workshops; and undertaking qualitative and quantitative data analytics, as well as results reporting, dissemination and presentation.

Sandra holds an M.A in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana, Legon with Certificates in Fundamentals of Monitoring and Evaluation; Project management; as well as French listening and comprehension. She is proficient in the use of MS packages and has knowledge of Stata, SPSS, and CS Pro. She enjoys researching, reading, travelling, and speaks Tiv, Hausa, and some French.
